Shipping Policy

Hand‑Crafted, Made‑to‑Order Products

All BeeLife Boxes are individually hand‑crafted by Jamie in our workshop. Because each piece is made with care and attention, most orders are created made to order. At times we may have boxes already prepared, in which case your order may be dispatched sooner than expected.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, allowing you to follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday. Our weekends are dedicated to crafting new boxes, so orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be prepared and dispatched at the start of the following week.

As each BeeLife Box is hand‑made, please allow a little extra time for your order to be created. We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible and will keep you updated throughout the process.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked delivery typically takes: 1–3 working days within the UK.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to Royal Mail delays.

Order Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to follow your BeeLife Box on its journey to your door.
